RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
Plaxim eCommerce allows customers to return their item within 14 days of receipt of delivery, if they are not satisfied with their purchase.
Customers are requested to go to our Contact Us Page. Subject Message should be “Returns” without quotes including a brief description for the reason of return and your request will be processed promptly.

Note:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item was damaged, you have to send photos of the damaged item to support@plaxim.com or contact our Customer Support Team on 020 3997 9555 to assist you.
Refunds
Your refund could take up to 10 business days to appear on your payment card statement from the date of collection.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
